  • Can Social Media Automator really bulk create content like in the video?
    Yes, you can bulk create the post content BUT currently the only supported writer for this is OpenAI - since they are the only ones with an available API. You will very likely need a paid OpenAI account since SMA is going to generate a LOT of content and will exceed free limits available from OpenAI for their API.

    We are working with the founder of the AI writer we recommend on integrating that writer into SMA. The ETA on that integration is approximately 2-3 weeks. This integration will be the holy grail of batch generating content with SMA and we would recommend only using that AI writer when we get it integrated (stay tuned it's coming soon!).

    In the meantime, if you don't want to use OpenAI, you will need to copy/paste the output from the engineered prompt formulas into your favorite AI writer of choice - or use OpenAI.
  • What type of businesses does Social Media Automator work best for?
    The Social Media Automator prompts are designed to work best for service-based businesses such as plumbers, HVAC, roofers, lawyers, dentists, medical practices, carpet cleaners, home services such as house cleaners, etc.

    The Social Media Automator prompts can be adapted to serve other business types. There is a module in the training that explains how to customize and tailor prompts for other use-cases.
  • Does the Social Media Automator automatically post content to social profiles?
    No, the Social Media Automator doesn't automate the publishing process. You will still need a post publishing/scheduling software.
  • Does the software require subscriptions to other tools?
    If you want to fully automate the content creation, then chances are you will need a subscription to an AI writer with an API or integration to Google Sheets. Currently the only AI writer with this option available is OpenAI (ChatGPT), and you will very likely need a paid plan as their free tier doesn't give you many API credits.

    We are working on integrating the AI writer we recommend into SMA, and hope to have that integration completed in 2-3 weeks. The AI writer we recommend is $10/month for approx 50K words/month of content. But SMA users are given an exclusive discount code in the training for 10% off for a lifetime on their pricing plans.

    If you don't want to use OpenAI or the writer we recommend, you can still use the SMA system to speed up the content creation process significantly by copying and pasting the output of the engineered prompt formulas into your favorite AI writer of choice.

    If you purchase a great AI writer like Zimmwriter which is a one-time cost, then you don't need any subscriptions at all.
  • Does the Social Media Automator support languages other than English?
    Currently the product only supports English content. We will be working with Social Media Automator users to translate prompts to allow the system to support other languages. In the training, you will also learn how to customize all engineered prompts to better suite different use-cases.
  • Do you have a roadmap?
    There are several additional features that we are looking to integrate into the tool. None of these are promised, but if we can accomplish them in a cost-effective way, we'll be looking to add the following:

    - Integrate our recommended AI writer into the tool via API
    - Generate a list of PAA questions based on niche.
    - Create a PAA Q&A post type.
    - Create a script that randomizes all tips, challenges, events, and service related topics and populates the respective Prompt Helpers with those topics.
    Add a "recommended image" column which analyzes the generated post content, and recommends a relevant and SEO optimized post image.
    - (Maybe) look at creating a script that can auto-populate the content calendar with content generated in the Prompt Helpers. Thinking the script could randomizing topics and types of posts, and adds them to the different months based on a publishing frequency the user requests (ie; 3 posts per week, 4 posts per week, etc).
    Essentially these scripts would then fully automate 90% of the entire content research, creation, and publication schedule.

    With these updates, the only thing someone would need to do is:
    - Source an image based on the recommendations.
    - Select dates, and schedule the posts using their post scheduling tool choice.
    - Add post links based on their own post interlinking strategy.

    NOTE: Don't buy based on this roadmap, but rather because of the features and value currently available in the tool. None of the features above are promised, but they would be helpful for our agency, and hence we'll investigate those new features - but they are NOT promised.
  • Will we have access to future updates?
    Yes, any future updates to the spreadsheet will be available as part of your purchase. We will add you to a mailing list for product updates, and send an email when future updates are available.
  • How does this tool increase the rankings of Google Business Profiles?
    Most business owners post content to their Google Business Profiles infrequently or not at all. Google rewards business that post content on a regular basis because it signals to them that the business is active and engaging with their platform.
